This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to be issued to Toro GP Inc. as General Partner for and on behalf of Toro Limited Partnership for the proposed stormwater management system as part of the proposed Toro Distribution Centre located at 640 College Street East, in the City of Belleville, Ontario.

The proposed wet pond on the east and the dry pond on the West are designed for quality and quantity control. The stormwater management system collects, conveys, treats and discharges stormwater runoff from the lands via an outlet control structure and outlet ditch for a proposed wet pond on the eastern portion of the site; and for the western portion of the site via a storm sewer system on College Street East outletting to an existing stormwater management facility to the south prior to discharge into Bell Creek, within the Bay of Quinte (Moira River) Watershed.
